Our investment
H2 founded the Urban Care Group in 2023. At the time the industry lacked a strong player with the drive to invest in state-of-the-art services and technologies. We saw an opportunity to build a new, consolidating winner in the sector, with scale, high-quality services and leading technology.

The Urban Care Group has now realized 20 acquisitions, growing sixfold since creating the platform. The group has developed a suite of value-add services, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, while driving growth and profitability. Together with management we are continuing to execute an ambitious growth agenda, with strong focus on M&A, while expanding the value proposition.
