UCG aims to provide state-of-the-art services, assist the HOA boards with their maintenance plans, and their sustainability drive.
Our investment
H2 founded the Urban Care Group in 2023. At the time, the industry lacked a strong player with drive to invest in new services and disruptive technologies. We saw an opportunity to build a new, consolidating winner in the sector, with scale, high-quality services and leading technology.
The Urban Care Group has now realized 17 acquisitions, growing sixfold since creating the platform. The group has developed a suite of leading services, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, while driving growth and profitability. Together with management we are continuing to execute an ambitious growth agenda, with strong focus on M&A, new services and digitalization.
